Managing Time: A constant aspect of Leadership

How time flies! I just ran across this lecture on managing time I gave in 2020 during COVID to otolaryngology-head and neck surgery residents around the United States. I totally forgot I had done this!

This was a great example of how the academic otolaryngology programs worked together through CORONA Initiative (https://medicine.uky.edu/departments/ent/corona-initiative) to keep learning going for the residents while many were kept away from the hospitals to minimize exposure.
