and Leadership (HEAL)

The program addresses key gaps that even high-achieving students headed for medicine often lack: the character formation, self-awareness, and practical wisdom that make the difference between surviving and thriving in a healthcare career. Principles typically taught at the graduate and postgraduate level, such as professionalism, self-awareness, and character development, are introduced here years earlier, at the pre-university stage. Students learn and interact with healthcare leadership experts and practicing physician leaders and educators, not admissions consultants or tutors.
