Transformational Healthcare Resilience & Integrity through

Virtue-based Excellence

(THRIVE) Workshop

and

Phronesis Forum

Almaty, Kazakhstan

Helping medical professionals thrive...

Most medical training focuses exclusively on technical competence while leaving physicians unprepared for the leadership challenges they face daily. These include professional and personal life integration, moral injury and burnout, and challenges navigating different personalities and system challenges.

The International Phronesis Institute fills this critical gap by developing your Professional Intelligence—the holistic integration of your heart, soul, mind and strength through self-awareness, social skills, situational judgment, and practical wisdom that distinguishes physicians who merely survive from those who truly thrive.

Why it matters...

In an era when healthcare organizations and systems face unprecedented pressures, the physicians who will shape the future are those who lead with both competence and character, bringing technical skill and true wisdom to their decisions, conversations, team interactions, and patient encounters. Professional Intelligence is not just theoretical knowledge—it is a practical framework that will transform how you lead yourself and others as you fulfill your calling in medicine.

To this end, the International Phronesis Institute, in partnership with Global SourceNET, is excited to be bringing this impactful teaching to Almaty, Kazakhstan by hosting two events in April 2026: THRIVE Workshop and Phronesis Forum.
